All the babies in our care group from our church turn 1 within a 3 month span of each other. We decided to be brave…well….CRAZY and try to capture a 1 year picture of all 5 of them together.
It was around 7 in the evening when most of them go to bed. Bad idea uhh???!!! Micah took behind the scene pictures. I LOVE them. In the first picture Bentley is trying to figure out what to do about this situation. He came to the conclusion to just cover his ears. LOVE it! =)
This shot makes me laugh. We realized right away that we were going to just take a few funny shots and be done. The actual picture taking may of lasted for about 3 minutes.
BTW: You can check out these really amazing letter blocks that Pat and Jacque Schaaf made for each one of these little ones on our photography blog. Unfortunately we were were not able to take pictures of these that night. =)
I just love Bentley! While my mom and his mom were in the kitchen I made this note for him to hold. I had fun taking these pictures of him.
My mom bought this dough from a local grocery store. We could not get it into a round shape so we decided to make it a heart! Esther tilted the pan up a little too high!
Mrs. Nikki is Bentley’s mom and she made her pizza in a perfect round shape! Nikki and my mom added a lot of vegetables to there pizza!
We have known Emily for about 3 years and during this time she has come to our home several times to bless us with one of her delicious meals. Well…..she just got engaged and we are super excited for her! If you cannot tell, they are pretty excited too! =) Congratulations Emily and Ted!!!
Kezi is sitting in front of the stove guarding her “cookies” from Superman who is determined to somehow get to those cookies! 🙂
Abbi was playing with the dog and brought her to the window to show the kids.
Elijah and Esther could not wait to pet her! Kezi did not want to have anything to do with her! 🙂
